UPDATE – The developer has responded to our appeal, claiming that our efforts are merely an attempt to “frustrate and circumvent” their future application. They argue that our appeal is “without merit” and accuse us of using the process to obstruct the application of AB2011. We need to stand up against these bullies. Just because we don't have fancy legal degrees doesn't mean we should be silenced. Our concerns about safety and the environment are real, and we have every right to protect our community from a project that prioritizes profit over people.
